With almost twenty years of accounting and managerial experience at Deloitte Touché, Citizens Bank of Washington, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, and Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, Transformation Consulting Group's principal, Esther E. Christian is dedicated to providing organizations with the financial, managerial and leadership structure to survive and thrive in a dynamic global economy.  

A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Christian, received her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavioral Science, from Johns Hopkins University. An author, she is also a certified group facilitator and has received training as an executive coach.

She serves on the board of Resource Connections of Prince George’s County, a non-profit organization responsible for coordinating services for the developmentally challenged in the county and on the Prince George’s County Advisory Committee on the Aging. Ms. Christian is also an adjunct business professor.
